These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IQRA-NOW mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
Our App is designed for children and may be used by them under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing these Terms and ensuring safe and appropriate use of the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful, educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
- Do not upload or share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
- Respect the rights of other users and third parties.
3. Accounts
If the App allows account creation, any accounts for children must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under the account.
4. Parental Consent & Supervision
We do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. Parents or guardians can request access to, deletion of, or restriction of their child’s information by contacting us at contact@iqranow.org.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software, is the property of IQRA-NOW or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, all payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or other authorized providers. Purchases are subject to the store’s own terms and our refund policy, if applicable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct. Parents or guardians will be notified if their child’s account is terminated.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from misuse of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQRA-NOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
